Battchoo Ratilal leads the firm with over 30 years of experience in audit, tax, and corporate advisory. A Chartered Accountant (M), CPA (Australia), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of India (FTII), he graduated from the University of Newcastle, Australia.
He has advised clients ranging from SMEs to listed corporations and previously served on the board of Malaysian public companies. As a member of key professional bodies, including the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, Battchoo provides clients with trusted advice grounded in local regulatory knowledge and global standards. His approach is practical, client-focused, and deeply committed to long-term business success.
Yong Kim Choy leads the firm’s audit and assurance division, bringing extensive experience in statutory audits, due diligence, and internal control assessments. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Australia and is a Chartered Accountant (M), Certified Practicing Accountant (M), Associate of the Taxation Institute of Malaysia (ATII), and Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA).
Yong works closely with clients across a range of industries, helping them meet statutory requirements while also improving transparency and governance. His client-first approach ensures that every audit engagement is not just a compliance exercise, but a value-adding process that supports better business decisions and long-term resilience.
Chua Cheng Hoe heads the tax division with vast experience in Malaysian taxation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Chartered Accountant (M), a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA M), and a licensed tax agent approved under the Income Tax Act 1967.
His expertise spans corporate tax planning, tax compliance, Sales and Service Tax (SST), and expatriate tax matters. Chua provides clients with strategic and technically sound tax solutions, drawing on his extensive knowledge of Malaysian tax law and practice. His qualifications and status as an approved tax agent reinforce the firm’s commitment to regulatory excellence and professional integrity.
